In this context, the Traffic Prevention Directorate of the Entre Ríos Police reported that some 100,000 vehicles entered during the weekend, most of them through the accesses of Zárate-Brazo Largo, the Subfluvial Tunnel and the Rosario-Victoria bridge.
78% of the tourists who toured the province arrived in private vehicles and the remaining 22% by bus or other transportation services.
From Tourism of the province they explained to Télam that the Pre-Trip is a highly required tool, since Entre Ríos became one of the provinces where tourists use previous credit that they had from previous Pre-Trips.
The Secretary of Tourism, María Laura Saad, told Télam that it is a “very effective and successful” national public policy. The province prepared itself “both receptively and emissively” with activities for Pre-Trip 3, a version that takes place in low season and thus “helps improve the season for destinations and the sector,” she added.
The official clarified that Entre Ríos “does not have a marked seasonality”, since it offers “multiple attractions, products and services”.
