Compared to the same period in 2021, segments of the labor market with a higher growth in the volume of ads are Administration and Finance with 117%, Others with 112%, Human Resources with 104%, and Commercial with 98%.
According to Bumeran, the increase in these sectors is above the market average, which stands at 88%.
In this framework, the employment portal highlighted that Administration and Finance and Commercial not only concentrate the largest number of notices but also present the largest increases in their volume.
While Production, Supply and Logistics has the largest number of notices with 23% of the total, but its growth is below average with 85%.
What about the applications?
According to the report, the triad that concentrates the most number of notices is repeated. The sectors with the most applications are Administration and Finance with 28%; Commercial with 26%; and Production, Supply and Logistics with 21%. This means that these sectors meet the greatest demand and supply of the labor market.
In this sense, the positions that absorb the most applications in September are Sales with 10%, Administration with another 10%, Production with 7% and Customer Service with 6%.
Average required salary increased by 3.7%
The average salary in September is 3.7% higher than in August and so far in 2022 the intended salary accumulates an increase of 63.1%, 3.5 percentage points below inflation, which stands at 66.6%.
According to the seniority of the position, the salary required for the positions of manager and supervisor has an accumulated increase in 2022 of 66.3%, that of the senior and semi-senior segment of 66.3% and that of the junior level of 58.5 %.

The average salary for the positions of Chief and Supervisor reached 261,187 pesos per month, in the senior and semi-senior categories 164,192 pesos per month, and in the junior levels 111,364 pesos per month.

In the junior segment, the sectors with the highest increases in the required salary during September are Others, with 9.5%; Production, Supply and Logistics with 6.2%; Technology and Systems with 5.5%; and Human Resources with 5.4%. All these areas presented rises above the average, which was 5.2%.

According to the report, this difference increases with increasing job seniority. In the junior segment it represents 7.3% with salaries of 115,298 and 107,429 pesos per month. At the senior and semi-senior levels it is 15.2% with salaries of 175,792 and 152,591 pesos per month. In the positions of chief or supervisor it reaches 28.1% with remunerations of 293,520 and 229,055 pesos per month.
