These firms generated apocryphal Value Added Tax (VAT) tax credits and underinvoicing through cash movements, value changes in marketing prices, the use of false suppliers, the processing of merchandise in industrial plants and its subsequent linking. with a firm linked to foreign trade.

During 21 raids carried out in the City of Buenos Aires, San Juan and the Córdoba towns of Villa María, Villa Nueva, Tancacha, Villa Ascasubi, Río Tercero, Hernando, Río Cuarto, San Agustín and Córdoba, documentation linked to financial movements was seized, contracts, electronic devices and other evidence that account for the evasion maneuvers carried out by the firms involved.

It should be noted that the procedures were ordered by the Federal Court of the city of Villa María.
