Argentina is a dependent import, for every point that the industry grows with this model that we are trying to change, imports are growing,” he said in a dialogue with Radio con Vos.
In this sense, he defended the current administration of dollars and assured that “This is going to be fixed, the few dollars we have are destined for production.”
“We meet with the automakers every day, this week we meet again,” he said. For his part, he also remarked that automakers have an additional problem: the chip problem. In this framework, he confided: “We are already with concrete resolutions. We will continue to do so as long as the dollars we can continue to accumulate.”
Nissan returns to production this Monday
