The funds for the measure come from what is collected through the soybean dollar. In the announcement of the results of the program, the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massahad anticipated this measure to subsidize part of the spending of small and medium-sized producers, especially given the rise in prices fertilizers.
The regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture -the program application authority- approve the procedure so that the interested parties can receive the benefit, who must be registered in the Simplified Agricultural Information System (SISA).
Likewise, they will have to have declared up to and including September 30for the 2021/2022 campaign, an area for soybean cultivation of up to 400 hectares or one intended for the cultivation of maize up to 100 hectares, maximum.
Those interested should enter the page of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) with Cuit and Tax Code and then join the service “Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, Autogestión SAGyP”.
After entering the service, the application “Compensation Program for Small and Medium Soybean and Corn Producers” must be added. Finally, after entering said application, benefits can be applied forcompleting the requested data.
Among the data that the affidavit must contain, the CBU must be entered to receive the bank transfer of the benefit and an e-mail box. After the application is submitted, The data can be edited or canceled within 15 business days administrative staff from the opening of the program.
In the process, The Ministry of Agriculture will provide the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) with the list of applicant producers, and the latter will provide the list and information corresponding to each of those who meet the established requirements.
With the data from the AFIP, Agriculture will approve the list of beneficiaries and will transfer the amount of the benefit during the course of December.
