The annual cumulative increases (last 12 months) higher in the junior positions are found in Human Resources with 90.3%, in Marketing and Communication with 88.2%, in Others* with 86.1%, in Administration and Finance with 85.4%, and in Commercial with 85 ,two%. All these areas present cumulative increases greater than the junior average in the last 12 months, which is 84%.

*Within the Other category are: Gastronomy and Tourism; Management and General Direction; trades; Customs and Foreign Trade; Education, Teaching and Research; Mining, Oil and Gas; Health, Medicine and Pharmacy; Insurance.

Which are the sectors with the highest number of notices?

In the last month, the sectors that concentrate a greater number of notices are Production, Supply and Logistics with 23%; Administration and Finance with 22%; and Commercial with 21%. These three areas represent 66% of labor demand. They are followed by Others* with 17%, Technology and Systems with 6%, Human Resources with 5%, and Marketing and Communication with 4%.

What about the applications? The triad that concentrates the most number of ads is repeated. The sectors with more applications are Administration and Finance with 27%; Commercial with 26%; and Production, Supply and Logistics with 21%. This means that these sectors meet the greatest demand and supply in the labor market.

The positions that absorb more applications in October they are those of Sales with 10%, those of Administration with another 10%, those of Production with 7% and those of Customer Service with 6%.
