“With this program we are greatly facilitating the formation of commercial companies and civil associations in the Province. From home, from the office, it will be possible to create civil and commercial institutions virtually, and they will be registered with ARBA, AFIP and an account at Banco Provincia and we hope to incorporate more services in the immediate future”, expressed Minister Julio Alak.
The simplification of these procedures allows the people of Buenos Aires to access the digital registration process without the need to resort to third parties, and also, the digitization of the documents in order to avoid their loss and deterioration, and preserve the documentation. without being adulterated.

Simultaneous registration of CUIT with the registration of Public Limited Companies (SA), Limited Liability Companies (SRL) and Civil Associations -other associative and contractual modalities will be incorporated soon-, as well as the constitution of their Electronic Fiscal Domicile and the link of the representative legal as Relationship Manager, without any procedure or additional fee to that required before DPPJ to process the conformation.

Bank province
