The project
At the foot of the Linzerberg in the municipality of Gallneukirchen, the developer JHP GmbH is currently building a total of 67 apartments spread over 6 buildings and an underground car park. The spacious outdoor areas, the green park including the “Secret Garden” and raised beds that can be used together promise well-being and a contemporary living quality.

ATHOS has acquired a package of 41 apartments and 45 underground parking spaces and will be offering this for rent after completion. The offer includes well-designed 2-room apartments as well as spacious 3- and 4-room apartments with balconies, terraces and gardens.

Construction has already started and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in summer 2024.
Active marketing, including sending detailed exposés, conducting viewings and the fixed allocation of apartments, will not start until autumn 2023 at the earliest.
