The Government stressed that it is an “extraordinary and exceptional situation” but insisted that it is “necessary” to promote the care of all the agents involved in the grain trade chain.
“Faced with this scenario, it is understood as essential that in order to strict reasons of opportunity, merit and/or convenience, the Affidavits of Foreign Sales with expiration of the declared shipping period, plus the automatic extension, be granted during the months of December 2022, January and February 2023, an Exceptional Automatic Extension of 180 calendar days”, for corn.
