“In total, some 44,033 employers regularized 167,749 workers throughout the year,” added.

25% of this universe corresponded to the Commerce sector and 16% to Hotels and Restaurants; while Construction and Agriculture accounted for 11% in each case; and 10% to the Manufacturing Industry, among the main activities reached by inspection and control actions.

In 2021, regularized workers had totaled 64,236, of which 36,394 were new employees included in the system. During that year, 23% had corresponded to the construction sector, 15% to Commerce and Manufacturing Industry, and Transportation had represented 12%.

The AFIP stated that the pension control tasks carried out “are part of the awareness actions on the rights of workers and workers and the obligations of employers carried out by the agency, in the search to reduce labor informality “.

Finally, he warned that “employers who evade social charges do not allow their workers access to social work and retirement, nor do they guarantee coverage in cases of work accidents and life insurance.”
