These are reasons why an Austrian business delegation with 40 company representatives is traveling to Tel Aviv from Sunday to Wednesday.
Austria can benefit from Israel as a sales market and as a source of know-how for research and start-ups, says Chamber of Commerce President Harald Mahrer, who is leading the delegation with State Secretary Florian Tursky: Together we can work on other markets. “Israel always thinks globally.” Austria’s goods exports to Israel amounted to around 460 million euros in 2021. By September 2022 there was 27.3 percent growth.
