700 people every year. Christjan Knudsen has to get them. Doctors, IT specialists, digitization specialists, but also laboratory technicians, mechatronics technicians and cooks. The pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim needs them all – and it is the responsibility of the labor director that they are found. “The much-cited battle for talent is a reality,” says the manager, “we want to win it.”
Knudsen is therefore positioning the traditional employer as the “Employer of Choice”, as it is now called in technical jargon.
