According to the Tyrolean List Fritz, the land traffic authority Wolf “issued a clean bill of health” instead of maintaining the farm from which the property was detached.
The authority replies that agricultural use is not possible due to the fish ponds, and that large-scale development by wolves is “excluded”. List Fritz suspects that Wolf could have “illegal leisure residences” built on the property with the help of three established real estate companies.
