The Government modified budget items for ANSES, universities and extraordinary bonuses

Through this readjustment of spending, $1,311,530,100 was allocated from the Headquarters to expenses of the Open Government and Digital Country program, $426,000,000 to the program Administrative Innovation Y $952,000,000 for Connectivity, Digital Inclusion and Formulation of ICT Policies.

For its part, the Headquarters itself ordered an increase in the budget of the National Institute of Associativism and Social Economy (Inaes) for $1.2 billion for agricultural cooperatives.

This disbursement has the objective of “caring for transfers to agricultural cooperatives for the Escrow Administration Finance Sancor restructuring, created for the purpose of addressing the serious institutional situation of Sancor to provide financial assistance for the acquisition of milk, inputs and productive services“, indicate the recitals of the resolution.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Labor established an increase in the budget of the National Social Security Administration (Anses) of $23,053,620,000 for the payment of the extraordinary bonus of $10,000 that is paid between December and February next for the holders of contributory benefits and non-contributory pensions.

An amount of the same amount was allocated by the General Secretariat of the Presidency to the National Agency for Disability for the payment of said subsidy extraordinary.

Meanwhile, from the Ministry of Economy the budget was increased $323,000,000 for equipment capital expenditures several, in this case, to “strengthen the credits” for the acquisition of the Short Skyvan N80GB aircraftused for the death flights of the Prefecture in the last military dictatorship, which will be incorporated into the ESMA Museum.

From the Treasury Palace also provided a series of transfers to municipalities and provinces: $2,400,000,000 for a Technological Development Promotion program, $2,400,000,000 for Domestic Trade policies, and another $2,400,000,000 to implement the Local Training Program in Energy Saving, Circular Economy and Financial Inclusion made official this month.

On the other hand, an increase in the budget of the Ministry of Education in $14,025,000,000 to meet operating expenses related to the National Universities.

The universities that lead these transfers are those of Buenos Aires (UBA) with $1,150 million, Lomas de Zamora with $580 million, San Martín (Unsam) $550 million, and those of Córdoba (UNC), Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) and Hurlingham (UNH), each one with $500 million.

Today’s modification also adjusts the budgetary expenses included in the item of “Obligations in charge of the Treasury” to allocate them to the Argentine Satellite Solutions Company (Arsat)with an increase in the budget of $4,500,000,000 for said state firm.

Finally, a transfer of $86,500,000,000 was arranged from the items of Anses pension benefitswhich were reassigned to those corresponding to social assistance and family allowances.

Both the funds destined to the Ministry of Economy, as well as those of the extraordinary bonus of the Anses, the public universities and the Inaes were solved through a transfer of $50,301,620,000 from item 91 “Treasury Obligations”, intended to provide financial assistance to different areas of the public and private sectorsand expenses that cannot be assigned to any entity of the Public Administration.
