Regarding the type of accommodation, 41% preferred a hotel, 33% occupied a property of their own and 17% rented an apartment, house or cabin. Within this framework, 61.6% made prior reservations.
There was full occupation in the provinces of Neuquén, Mendoza, Entre Ríos, Salta, San Luis, Chubut, Catamarca, Corrientes and Misiones, while in the main and traditional tourist destinations the occupation was as follows: Bariloche, 100%; Villa Gesell, 93%; Iguazu, 90%; Calafate 85%; Mar del Plata and Ushuaia 80%.

For its part, in Tucumán, there was an occupation of 92% in Tafí del Valle; 90% in Yerba Buena and San Javier; and 79% in the capital San Miguel.
In San Juan, there was total occupation in Pocito and Calingasta; 95% in Jáchal; and 90% in Valle Fértil and Iglesia. In Río Negro there were 98% in El Bolsón and 80% in Las Grutas. In Santa Cruz, 95% in El Calafate and 92% in El Chaltén. In Santa Fe, 95% in Rosario and 90% in the capital city. In Chaco, 85% in Resistencia.
Regarding the means of transport used, 43% did so in their own vehicle; 31% by long-distance bus; 17% by plane and 2.5% by train.
