Centennials and work: what makes them fall in love with the world of work
The study explores what are the factors that captivate job seekers, and 83% of Argentine respondents believe that what attracts job seekers centennials It is not the same as what older people value when looking for a job.
Among the factors that the new generations take into account, only the 18% considers that the talents value the salary, while for the 30% the hybrid or remote working modality “is a fundamental point”.
Unlike the centennialsfor 51% of Argentine professionals, remuneration is what most captivates previous generations and for 24% it is the possibility of growing professionally in the organization.
Meanwhile, the hybrid or remote work modality is the most valued by employers. centennials and, on the other hand, it is one of the requirements that least captivates older generations, with barely 2%.
At a general level, 85% of Argentine professionals consider that salary continues to be a determining factor for talent when looking for a job and only 15% of professionals consider that it is not.
At the regional level, Argentina together with Chile are the countries that give less importance to salary, even being below the average, which is 86%.
