This Thursday, the Government announced, through the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa and the Executive Director of ANSES, fernanda ravertathe expansion in the coverage of Family Allowances, a measure that contributes to improving the purchasing power of wages.
This is a measure is permanent. In other words, before each update of the floor for which income tax begins to be taxed, the ceiling up to which Family Allowances are received will also be updated. “In this way, we achieve that all the daughters and sons of registered workers are covered by the allowance system.”
With the new resolution, the coverage of Family Allowances is extended to more than 4.4 million children and adolescents and to 2.9 million registered workers.
The measure constituted one of the demands of trade union leaders, who asked for definitions for a group of workers with medium purchasing power.
