Government confirmed that it will extend the 2023 Budget

According to the provisions, to provinces and municipalities they will go $40 billion additionalwhile the Ministry of Economy -for “Definition of Internal Trade Policies” another $11,050 million, reported NA.

Also the Budget of the Public Defender of Audiovisual Communication Services (AFSCA) was reinforcedactive in the sphere of the National Legislative Power, to “face expenses that cannot be postponed for its normal operation”, which will be financed by incorporating resources remaining from previous years.

Where the funds go

Another beneficiary organization was the Nuclear Regulatory Authoritywhich works under the orbit of the General Secretariat of the Presidency, with resources remaining from the 2022 Financial Year coming from the Preparatory Commission for the organization of the complete nuclear test ban treaty (Ctbto) “to continue with the activities of the international system of surveillance”.

The Cabinet HeadquartersFor its part, it will receive more resources for the acquisition of terminals to provide connectivity services, robotic kits, as well as for updating the data center of the Argentine Company of Satellite Solutions SA (Ar-Sat).

Other areas of the national administration included in the budget modification with the Foreign Ministry (to finance part of the acquisition of scientific equipment and material for the Argentine Antarctic Institute, the Carlini Base and the ARA Almirante Irizar icebreaker) and the Secretariat of Industry and Productive Development of the Ministry of Economy, to attend to the Oil Sector Development Program.

Likewise, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Culture, ANSES and the Malbrán Institute will have more resources, according to the official text.
