“I’m confident that the company will be saved,” says insolvency administrator Peter Shamiyeh on the future of the RTi pipe sanitation company in Pucking. The company will “continue with full force”. Then – as reported by the OÖN – even if the restructuring plan cannot be fulfilled, there are several interested parties in the company who would take it over completely.
Shamiyeh is countering rumors on the market speculating about an imminent closure. “We fully meet all our contractual obligations and enter into new obligations, i.e. we will fulfill incoming orders.”
The company, which has around 120 employees, filed for reorganization proceedings in January because debt restructuring was unsuccessful. The order situation is good, the employees would remain loyal to the company, according to the insolvency administrator.
