Ms S.* is 27 years old and has recently started working in sales for a large company. She has always been an introvert. Things went quite well for her during her studies, she made friends and had her shyness under control – even if networking always cost her a lot of strength and willpower. And after many seminars with many participants, she always needed a break to recharge her batteries. That changed at work.
