On May 1st, Isabella Lehner (36) will join the Oberbank Management Board, where she will be responsible for organizational development, digitization and IT, as well as the subsidiaries Oberbank Service GmbH and 3 Banken IT GmbH. These areas were previously the responsibility of Florian Hagenauer. The sponsored economist Lehner is an internal occupation. She already took on management responsibility for online marketing and digital services in 2016. For a good year she has also been responsible for strategic organizational development. Lehner was appointed for three years.

At his own request, Josef Weißl, who will be 64 in April, will resign from the Management Board on May 31. The contract of Martin Seiter (37), who was appointed to the board two and a half years ago, was extended prematurely by five years.
