The scientists had to wait two years. This year the “Scandinavian Sports Medicine Congress” took place again. More than 800 visitors from 32 nations came to Copenhagen, including two researchers from the University of Applied Sciences for Health Professions: Siegrid Egger from the Linz site and Barbara Kern from the Wels site. In addition to many new acquaintances and insights, the two also brought home a credo: “Farvel” – Danish for “Goodbye”.

Veronika Seidl also went abroad, she is a lecturer on the bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at the Steyr site. At the ninth annual conference of the German Society for Neurorehabilitation, Neurotraumatology and Clinical Neurorehabilitation in Dresden, Seidl, who is also doing her master’s degree at the Danube University in Krems, presented her master’s thesis on the subject of robot-assisted gait training.
