The province’s Ministry of Production announced the new stage of the program, which will be in force until May 31.
After its completion on March 31, the Santa Fe Prices Program it starts up again with a new stage, valid until May 31driven by the Santa Fe Government. This initiative seeks to set reference values for 120 basic necessities in outlets, with a increase of the entire basket on average of 13.5% compared to the previous stage.
As explained by the Secretary of Domestic Trade and ServicesJuan Marcos Aviano, is about “an accompanying program” to reference the prices of the products that are usually consumed. In turn, he highlighted the effort of the private sector to carry out this initiative, which “is important, not only for the final consumer but also for the merchant”.

The products are available in 255 mouths of sale: 150 supermarkets and self-services and 105 kiosks and maxikiosks, distributed in 50 locations throughout the Santa Fe territory.
The initiative contemplates nine essential items:
- Cleaning and personal hygiene items;
- store;
- drinks;
- dairy;
- baked;
- products without TACC;
- cold cuts and refrigerated;
- meat and sausages;
- fruits, vegetables and baked goods.
