He national government will reach tomorrow the delivery of the living place number 100,000 since he began his management in December 2019, and in just over three years he achieved a coverage which covered the 23 provinces and the city of Buenos Aires (CABA) via four programs and the granting of credits.
“This milestone has to do with the decision of the President (Alberto Fernández) to create a Ministry to leave behind the fragmentation of the State in terms of habitat, housing and urban development”, highlighted the Secretary of Territorial Development, Luciano Scatolini.
He remarked that “Back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, Procrear was relaunched”and assured that “there began to take shape a sustained growth in the decision to build houses”.
“Then they created different programs that ended up modeling a federal and comprehensive vision of these policies. Only with Procrear we have already reached half a million Argentines who have managed to access their home,” Scatolini said.
Delivery of houses by the Government
According to the last update carried out by the Ministry of Territorial Development, 99,602 homes have been deliveredof which 18,209 were made in the province of Buenos Aires, which, with 18.28% of the total, represents almost a fifth of the housing solutions in the last three years.
Behind the Buenos Aires territory is Córdoba, with 6,851 homes (6.87%), followed by San Juan, with 6,484 (6.5%); Santa Fe, 6,112 (6.13%); Missions, 5,393 (5.41%); Mendoza, 5,344 (5.36%); Santiago del Estero, 4,605 (4.62%); Tucumán, 4,254 (4.27%); CABA, 4,243 (4.25%); Between Ríos, 4,196 (4.21%); Jump, 3,752 (3.76%); Río Negro, 3,621 (3.63%); Chaco, 3,576 (3.59%); Neuquén, 3,116 (3.12%); and Corrientes, 3,092 (3.1%).
The list is completed by San Luis, with 2,579 (2.58%) housing solutions delivered; Formosa, with 2,178 (2.18%); Jujuy, 2,060 (2.06%); Catamarca, 2,032 (2.04%); La Pampa, 1,966 (1.97%); Chubut, 1,852 (1.85%); La Rioja, 1,594 (1.6%); Santa Cruz, 1,272 (1.27%); and Tierra del Fuego 1,221 (1.22%).

President Alberto Fernández will hand over house number 100,000 of his management tomorrow, in an act that will be held in the province of Santiago del Estero, where the local governor, Gerardo Zamora, will also be present; the Minister of Territorial Development, Santiago Maggiotti; and Scatolini.
The delivery ceremony will take place at the Technological Node in the city of La Banda starting at 6:30 p.m.
