Yesterday’s application deadline for the Pegasus business prize was again flooded with entries: Many great companies applied for the business prize, which OÖN and its partners are awarding for the 30th time this year.

Submitted to Success Stories Speedmaster from Eberstalzell with Managing Director Günther Schweiger: The company’s vision is to support around 8,000 Austrian carpenters with digitization. Speedmaster supplies carpenters and living studios with furniture parts such as fronts and drawers and promises delivery within 48 hours.

Third largest construction company

The Linz construction company has also submitted Swietelsky: Austria’s third largest construction company has a new CEO in Peter Krammer s. Construction work was recently at more than 3.4 billion euros. 12,000 employees work in Austria, 329 apprentices are trained in 21 professions.

Schöfbenker steel construction has been around since 1938, the metalworking shop specializes in the manufacture of railings and supporting structures for road construction. Margarete Fürtbauer has been running the company for 30 years, and her son Maximilian joined in 2020.
