The exhibition of SME products that stand out for their design and innovation will continue tomorrow at the CCK

The Argentine Seal of Good Design exhibition, organized by the Secretariat of Industry and Productive Development, will remain open until tomorrow at the Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK) and a record attendance is expected for it.

The exhibition focuses on products that were recognized by the area with the “Seal of Good Design”, an award that rewards those SMEs that stand out for their innovation and design quality, as well as their commitment to local production and market positioning. .

The fair covers 400 innovative productions from all value chains, divided into the categories Industry and Transportation, Furniture and Equipment, Clothing, Footwear and Accessories, Strategic Communication, and Home, Office, and Recreation.

With free admission, it can be visited today and tomorrow Sunday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the CCK, whose entrance is located at Sarmiento 151.

“This exhibition exposes the present and the potential of the Argentine industry, which is modern, innovative, sustainable and creative. Design and innovation are like knowledge, a key element for the Argentine economy to be able to compete worldwide with its own identity,” said the Secretary of Industry and Productive Development, José Ignacio de Mendiguren, in a statement.

The Seal of Good Design was born in 2011 with the aim of deepening the incorporation of design in the national productive framework, and annually holds exhibitions to present the award-winning products.

In addition to the CCK, the exhibition was previously held in various locations in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area, such as the Casa Nacional del Bicentenario, the Metropolitan Design Center and the Tecnópolis fairgrounds.

Empty tires that do without pits, an electric car manufactured in the Morón district of Buenos Aires, combines, electric bicycles, a self-propelled sanitizing robot, telemedicine totems and video games produced by local firms Purple Tree, Studio Soup and Rockbird Games, are some of them. of the products that can be seen first hand in the sample.

In the same way, there will be a modular game for children that has slides, crawling tubes and climbing nets made with recycled plastic.

In parallel to the exhibition, the call for the next edition of the Argentine Good Design Seal for SMEs and entrepreneurs is open until May 15, through the website argentina.gob.ar/servicio/obtener-el-sello -of-good-argentine-design.
