The new interface is more agile and improves the visualization of communications sent by the agency for a better understanding by taxpayers.

Among the main changes introduced are the creation of folders by the type of notification, with a design that respects the standards of a mailbox. In that sense, an alert is incorporated for unread ex officio notifications and they are highlighted within the list with a graphic resource.
From now on, the side menu will include an inbox and filters with new options to improve searches, which will be visible at all times. In addition, the basic data of the communication is shown to contextualize the message and facilitate its understanding.
Regarding the emails associated with themes, aesthetics and interaction are improved to simplify user management. On the other hand, a differentiating element was added regarding unread communications from each of those represented.
Through these changes, the AFIP seeks to streamline procedures and enhance the interaction of taxpayers with the agency. This update is given within the framework of the new stage of the process of harmonizing the tools with the global design of the agency’s website, to provide the user with a friendly interface, accessible content and a wide range of assistance tools in different formats. .
