In accordance with the figures of the Grain Exchange of Buenos Airesthis Thursday 317,658 tons of soybeans were sold and, thus, they accumulate, so far, 5,779,303 in the sixth week of the third edition of the soybean dollar, as the Export Increase Program (PIE) is popularly known (it recognizes a type exchange rate of $300 per dollar for oilseed exports until May 31).

Furthermore, the Foreign exchange income of agro-exporters to the Single and Free Exchange Market (MULC) It exceeded US$169 million this Thursday and the new purchase and sale contracts concluded in pesos on Thursday totaled 172,905 tons and the average value of these deals was $104,065 per unit of weight.

On the other hand, the fixings of operations agreed before Thursday for 88,056 tons were also highlighted, reaching an average value of $104,420.

How the businesses agreed in dollars evolved

In relation to the deals agreed in dollars, the soybean purchase and sale contracts registered an average value of US$354.81 for a volume of 2,338 tons; while fixings were recorded for 16,303 tons at an average value of US$357.

On the other hand, contracts were registered without determining the price or currency for about 39,699 tons, pending an agreement between buyers and sellers.

The other grains of the agricultural dollar

Meanwhile, since April 25 (date on which other grains were added to the agricultural dollar), 7,885 tons of fodder barley and accumulate 593,564 since April 25; 43,411 tons of sunflower, with a total of 950,568, and 7,990 of sorghum, with a total of 67,543.

Regarding the foreign sales affidavits (DJVE), feed barley reached 93% of the quota, with 1,866,182 tons; sorghum, 31%, with 291,084, and sunflower, 27% seed (38,627), 42% oil (466,550) and 42% by-products (479,390).

How many dollars entered the BCRA

For his part, the agro-exporters entered the local exchange market with US$56.64 million and, in the first 26 rounds, they accumulated revenues of US$2,891.02 million, reported the Rosario Stock Exchange.
