The PAMI Executive Director, Luana Volnovichannounced this Wednesday, together with the chambers of providers and clinics in the country, a extraordinary bonus 20% for professionals and health centers.
As explained, the measure is aimed at “Improve the quality of medical services and guarantee access to the right to health for the more than 5 million affiliates throughout the country”.
Thanks to an agreement signed by the official and the representatives of the chambers that bring together the clinics, it will be possible to implement “an extraordinary bonus to be collected for the only time in June”.
The same, it was recalled, is added to the increases already granted in January and April, and those stipulated for the months of June, July and October.
“This bond is a financial effort made by the PAMI to improve the quality of benefits and strengthen medical care throughout the country,” said volnovich.

PAMI collaboration agreement with the chambers
In addition, a collaboration agreement was signed between PAMI and the chambers with the objective of working on the strategic axes of management in social work: an awareness campaign and training on the good treatment of the elderly; speeding up shifts and reducing waiting times; and transparency to guarantee access to health and free benefits
“This agreement allows us to work together with the chambers on the strategic axes of the PAMI: good treatment of the elderly and the training of our providers in this regard; We are also going to work together in irregular situations of undue collections to banish practices that are not in accordance with the institutional mission; and finally, we will work together on a new plan to reduce the delay in appointments for specialist doctors. We want to provide better and better services to our affiliates,” said the head of PAMI.
“This decision makes it possible to improve the quality of care received by members of PAMI and grant shifts more quickly”, it was based.
In this sense, in March 2022 the social work implemented “Freedom to choose”a service model that allows affiliated people to choose who and where to attend.
Since its launch, more than 32 million appointments have already been granted and more than 1,500 doctors specialized in diagnostic imaging, dentistry, ophthalmology, opticians, among others, have joined the social work.
Obra Social has the largest care network in the country, with more than 32,000 medical specialists and more than 8,500 general practitioners, more than 700 clinics and 1,400 diagnostic imaging centers. To choose their specialists or establishments, members only need to access the new booklet at www.pami.org.ar/cartilla or in the PAMI mobile application.
