In the last year, increases in rental prices have kept pace with inflation and above wage increases, which makes it more difficult to rent. A studio apartment in the City today is 50% more than in September 2020, a two-room 48% and a three-room 44.7%. On the other hand, the latest inflation data shows that, for the month of September, the interannual variation of prices was 52.5%.

On the other hand, the median of the offers for apartments with two rooms is $ 37,000 and for those with three rooms, $ 55,000. In each category, prices vary depending on other characteristics (such as age, whether it has a garage, etc.) and its surroundings (infrastructure, availability of transport, proximity to shopping centers, among others). These values ​​do not include expenses.

Compared to September 2021, the increases were 3.4% in studio apartments and 5.7% for those with two rooms. Those of three environments remained at the same value.

The price of a cubic meter of compressed natural gas (CNG) will increase 1 peso as of tomorrow, to be sold at an average nationwide of $ 47 in the service stations of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Buenos Aires (AMBA). This fuel continues to be the cheapest on the market. It should be remembered that fuels increased by 5% in May and thus the last increase planned for 2021 was completed. It was the last increase in the scheme stipulated by YPF, which decided to apply three increases in three months.
