Previously, the cabin lifts, platform lifts, lifting platforms and stair lifts were developed and manufactured in Niederwaldkirchen. Ascendor is moving into those buildings that were previously used by sister company Biohort for the construction of tool sheds, boxes and plant beds. As reported, Biohort has opened a new plant in Sankt Martin im Mühlkreis. With the move, Ascendor is expanding its production area by 42 percent to 8,000 square meters. The office building of the umbrella company Priglinger Holding is also located on the site.
Ascendor (Managing Director: Maximilian Priglingerl., and Erwin Roither) achieved record sales of 13 million euros last year and describes the order situation as “excellent”. 95 employees are employed, more than 1000 lifts were realized last year.
