“The motivation to go back to the university was to get new perspectives and a refresher on my knowledge. That was completely successful. Thanks to the course, I now carry out my tasks with the latest methods and can achieve more effect in the process support. The highlight, in addition to the broadening of perspectives, was the exchange of experiences with my fellow students from new industries and functions,” says Andrea Polzer-Lenius. The head of the human resources department at the sugar and starch group Agrana graduated from the Limak Austrian Business School in Linz.
OÖN and Limak want to promote careers like that of Andrea Polzer-Lenius and therefore award five partial scholarships for university courses of your choice (details in the info box). Especially in times of constant change, new and diverse skills are of great importance in order to be able to react flexibly to new challenges. “This year we are focusing on one-semester courses when awarding scholarships,” says Limak Managing Director Gerhard Leitner.
