The publishing house publishes specialist magazines from the areas of business, trade, gastronomy, construction and automotive, develops software and offers training courses. The company employs 55 people.
The reasons given for the financial problems are the decline in sales as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the Russia-Ukraine war and the price increases on the raw materials and energy markets. Around 230 creditors are affected, the claims amount to approx. 4.3 million euros, which should be offset by assets of 2.4 million euros, the AKV and the KSV announced today. Creditors are offered a 30 percent quota.
