The diaper labels had barely noticeable differences (one labeled “Extra plus” and the other labeled “Hypoallergenic”) and a 12.5% ​​price variance.

For his part, Rio de la Plata mills, was sanctioned with a fine of 65 million pesos also for twin products, in this case noodles with the same characteristics but also with packages with barely perceptible differences (“Tirabuzón” and “Fusilli”), and a price difference of 18%. In addition, the company was fined 15 million pesos for the lack of date on secondary packaging of different products.

On the other hand, the signature arcor fIt was sanctioned by 12 million pesos for the lack of response to the requirements requested for non-compliance with prices within the framework of the Fair Prices program.

While Sancor, was fined 8 million pesos for the lack of origin in some containers.

This measure is added to other announcements in the same sense that the Secretary of Commerce made known. On May 27, it revealed that it sanctioned non-compliers with Fair Prices for more than $2,000 million.

The fines fell on the supermarket chains Day, Carrefour, Those of the Cencosud Group (Disc, Vea, Jumbo) and wholesaler max consumptionand in food companies cabrales and nestle.
