The “Digital Pioneers” career entry program, which pursues precisely this goal, is entering its second round. Women between the ages of 17 and 27 from Upper Austria, Tyrol and Vorarlberg can apply. The initiators are the Industry 4.0 Austria platform, the vocational training institutes in Upper Austria and Tyrol, the Chamber of Labor and the Digital Campus Vorarlberg.
In the basic training, which lasts several weeks, basic knowledge in programming, innovation and project management is imparted. This is followed by an eight-month practical phase in an industrial company, from BRP Rotax to Blum to Doppelmayr. Applications are possible until July 7 at digitalpioneers.at.
