Today, Thursday, a reorganization procedure with self-administration was opened on the assets of WSD Reinigungs GmbH from Linz. This was announced by the creditor protector AKV. The liabilities are 1.7 million euros, 138 creditors (including 112 employees) are affected by the insolvency. Most of the liabilities relate to tax arrears. According to the bankruptcy application, there are bank balances of EUR 40,000, receivables of EUR 360,000 and movable assets of EUR 17,100.
WSD is active in the field of monument, facade and building cleaning and is primarily responsible for maintenance, basic, window and curtain cleaning in crèches, kindergartens, after-school care centers and schools in Linz and Styria.
According to the application, the reason for the insolvency is negative results from orders ended in December 2022 and March 2023, personnel problems and low equity. The company is up and running, the company should be continued. The debtor intends to pay a quota of 20 percent to the creditors.
