1. Aceiteros: one of the highest minimum wages in the country

3. Rural workers

Commerce employees will receive the third and last tranche of the parity increase agreed upon by the Argentine Federation of Commerce and Services Employees (FAECyS) in three parts. The salary will be updated from July.

This is a cumulative increase of 33% to be paid in three tranches: 7% in June, 11% in July and 12% in August, with review next September.

Meanwhile, Gerardo Martínez’s UOCRA will also sit down with businessmen to review their parity, although they did not anticipate a number.

The novelty will come from Commerce, the union with the largest number of affiliates, which has already begun to negotiate its parity. The specific proposal for the increase requested by the union has not yet been known, although it is estimated that it will not drop below 21%, that is, 7% per month. They also confirmed that they will resume the agreement for three months, as was the previous one.
