The former Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Nation, Julian Dominguez, joins Sergio Massa’s economic team, according to sources from the economic portfolio.

Domínguez will be an honorary adviser to the Ministry of Economy and one of his tasks will be to build the Social Agreement between unions, businessmen, Universities and the State that sets the model for the development and industrialization of Argentine natural resources.


Domínguez was twice Minister of Agriculture and is currently Director of special projects for smata, leading union Ricardo Pignanelli, and Technical Coordinator of the CSIRA (Confederation of industrial unions). In addition, he is a substitute candidate for senator of the province of Buenos Aires for Unión por la Patria.
From the Ministry of Economy they highlighted that Dominguez “It has been building links and articulations with the agricultural sectors in the interior of the country and the industrial sectors, particularly the automotive industry.”
