The previous Chief Operating Officer (COO) Heiko Gabbert was dismissed from the Management Board, and Markus Mühlböck was appointed the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. CEO Markus Huemer previously held the financial agendas, he now takes over the COO agendas from Gabbert.
Peter Bernscher was also appointed Deputy CEO, the company announced on Monday.
