The Ministry of Energy in charge of Flavia Royónestablished prices of acquisition of bioethanol of sugar cane and corn for its obligatory mixture with naphtha.
The Resolution 588/2023 published this Tuesday, July 18 in the Official bulletin establishes the purchase price of the bioethanol based on sugar cane and corn for the operations carried out from July 8 of 2023.
The price is set andn $172,759 per liter for bioethanol made from sugarcane and in $172,759 per liter for corn-based bioethanol. The price will be updated monthly according to the variation in the price of the gasoline sold. by YPF in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, according to the BO.
Also, the new regulations revokes previous provisions related to the prices of biofuels.
In addition, it is established that the bioethanol payment term may not exceed THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date of the corresponding invoice.
