The Federal Administration of Public Revenue allows the management of derived certificates. I know all the details.
The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) implemented the use of the Derivative Certificate and established the requirements and procedures for its processing within the national scope.
This document certifies that the merchandise included therein originate from the States Parties to Mercosuror from a country with which Mercosur has a preferential trade agreement and that are stored in commercial free zones, industrial free zones, export processing zones and special customs areas.

How the AFIP Derived Certificate works
According to what was reported, the use of Derivative Certificates will be of character volunteer. The will to make use of these papers must be expressed, through the declaration of the “Preferential Trade Agreement” and the “Code of Advantage” at the time of registration of entry into the Free Zone or at the time of registration of a transfer operation.
The AFIP Certificate is granted as long as the tariff classification or the character of the consigned merchandise is not altered on the certificate of origin.

Likewise, it was notified that the processing of a Derivative Certificate will not be necessary when in the case of the release of all merchandise with final destination to the general customs territory and no third-party operators are involved (no transfers or installments).
AFIP: when can I process the Derivative Certificates
The Derivative Certificates may be applied to declarations of discharge from the Free Zone under the import for consumption regime (ZFE1) or to the declarations of discharge from the Free Zone abroad (ZFTR or ZFRE).
The general resolution entered into force on Tuesday, July 18, although the implementation of its provisions will be carried out according to the schedule that will be available on the tab “Derivative Certificates” from the AFIP website.
