“We will have to work more, not less,” said the Chamber of Commerce boss to the “Kurier” (Saturday edition). What is meant by this is “everyone and, in the case of part-time workers, also those who have no care obligations and are trying to say goodbye to the state’s solidarity system”.
Regarding the influx of workers from countries outside the EU via the red-white-red card, Mahrer said: “We need people who want to come to us because they want to work. We have enough people who don’t want to work.”
