AFIP seized 60 tons of soybeans valued at more than  million

Inconsistencies were detected that made it possible to establish the doubtful origin of the transported products.

The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), through the General Tax Directorate (DGI), seized 60 tons of soybeans in bulk valued at more than $6,168,000during route checks carried out in the towns of st vincent and Saint tomeboth in the province of currents.

Based on the analysis of the supporting documents of the transfer of the grainsofficials of the organization that leads Carlos Castagnetowith the collaboration of the provincial security forces, detected inconsistencies that allowed to establish the doubtful origin of the transported products, senders and/or recipients without economic and financial capacity to produce or market this type of merchandise.

Through these actions, the specialized areas of the DGI focus their efforts to dismantle potential maneuvers of tax evasion and guarantee the Compliance with current regulations to prevent the different actors in the chain from committing irregularities that result in unfair competition for legitimate producers.
