The federal government’s cannabis law is to come in a significantly slimmed-down form. For investors, the question therefore arises as to whether now is a good time to invest in cannabis stocks – and whether such theme ETFs and investment products are profitable at all. Because many titles have always been risky.
In a first step, the traffic light coalition plans cannabis be removed from the Narcotics Act. Adults should be 25 grams and a maximum of three cannabis– may own plants. In special clubs, so-called cannabis-Clubs, members should be allowed to grow the drug together and give it to each other.
