Another of the announcements will be a line of consumer credit at subsidized rates given that high inflation affects consumer income.

On the other hand, with the intention of lower the debt of SMEs, a line of credit would also be announced at a subsidized rate. It should be remembered that SMEs usually use overdrafts to meet their obligations and today with the increase in the interest rate, which is positive, the daily operations of small businesses are complicated.

This Saturday, the Secretary of Commerce, through Decree 433/2023 published in the Official Gazette, established that the companies that adhered would have a series of tax benefits, in addition to a credit scheme at subsidized rates for SMEs that supply supermarkets, with the aim of guaranteeing the path of increases for the included products.

These advantages They will apply until October 31 for firms “that sign price agreements for the local market with the Ministry of Commerce” or that “adjust those currently in force.”

Those who subscribe to the price agreements They will enjoy a reduction to 0% of the withholding rate for the export of merchandise in the tariff positions established by the Palacio de Hacienda.

For its part, the AFIP will implement “for the productive sectors indicated by the Economy” a consolidated payment facility plan “at the date of registration of the application for export destination for consumption of the goods.”

And, the maturities “for the payment of tax advances” provided by the AFIP and “social security obligations” will also be extended.
