The Minister of Economy once again used his Instagram account to announce an increase in the Alimentar Card to help families after the impact of the devaluation on prices.
In his third announcement of the day, the Economy Minister He turned to his Instagram account again to announce an increase in the Food card to help families after the impact of the devaluation on prices.
In this sense, he proposed reinforcing the Alimentar Card with an additional increase in two monthly installments:
- Families with one child: $10,000
- Families with two children: $17,000.
- Families with three children: $23,000.
In addition, once the reinforcement is finished, the Food Card will increase by 30%.
Who receives the Food Benefit?
- Mothers and fathers with daughters and sons up to fourteen years of age who are currently receiving the Universal Child Allowance (AUH).
- Pregnant women from three months of gestation who currently receive the pregnancy allowance.
- People with disabilities who receive AUH.
- Mothers with seven or more children who receive Non-Contributory Pensions.
How and when is the benefit recharged?
The total monthly amount will be credited through the AUH.
