The General Resolution 5410/2023issued by the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) and that was published in the Official Gazette, modifies the refund regime to vulnerable sectors.

Finally, it is established that the amount corresponding to the reimbursement of the purchase operations carried out from September 1, 2023 until 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2023, will be accredited on September 15, 2023 in the bank account in which the retirement benefit, pension and/or allowance is received.
