The General Resolution 5410/2023issued by the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) and that was published in the Official Gazette, modifies the refund regime to vulnerable sectors.
The main modification consists of increasing the maximum monthly reimbursement amount for Retirement and pension recipients by death, of $4,056 to $18,000. This represents an increase 365%.
New benefits for retirees, pensioners and AUH
In addition, the definition of “family group” to include people who perceive two or more universal allowances per child or due to pregnancy, for social protection, and even a death pension that does not exceed three times the guaranteed minimum.
Finally, it is established that the amount corresponding to the reimbursement of the purchase operations carried out from September 1, 2023 until 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2023, will be accredited on September 15, 2023 in the bank account in which the retirement benefit, pension and/or allowance is received.
