The head of the Palacio de Hacienda gave details of the measure that they had anticipated last Sunday at the party’s campaign dinner. The announcement contemplates the implementation of tax benefits for the sector.

First, he announced that he will reduce between 50 and 75% employer contributions for hiring employees who do not receive social plans. In the case of the first job of young people between 18 and 25 years of age, the reduction will be 100%. The validity of the new measure will be for 24 months for each worker who joins.
In addition, he announced that the Emplea Pyme plan will also be focused on the transformation of social plans in employment. For this reason, he announced that the conditions for companies to hire those who currently receive State aid will continue to be improved.
In the case of hiring a beneficiary of a social plan, the SME will be exempt from paying all employer contributions for one year.
In this regard, he said that “the worker or worker who has the plan and enters the labor market will continue to receive the complementary salary and the employer will complete the salary” for 12 months. That is to say, the State will take charge during this period of covering a portion of the actual salary through the payment of the social plan while the employer will cover the remaining value, so that the worker will receive a higher and blank income, while the company contract for a lower amount while the stipulated term lasts.
In addition, Massa added that the employee “will have ART and social work and will somehow be able to train in professional training programs that will be financed by the State.”
“The main objective of the program is to continue to gradually incorporate social programs, plans, and social security benefits with a federal perspective, to transform them into formal work,” he said. Workers from municipal cooperatives and social and civil society organizations will also be able to access the program.
