Construction cost accelerated to almost 4%;  wholesale prices remained below 3%

In addition to the labor chapter, there were increases of 3.5% in “Materials”, and 3.6% in “General expenses”.

It is worth noting that the “labor force” incorporated the new values ​​established by the UOCRA salary agreement. Likewise, the increase in labor categories had an impact on the chapter “General expenses”, because this chapter contains the item “Serene” , which is framed within the aforementioned parity.

Wholesale prices

The general level of the Internal Wholesale Price Index (IPIM) registered an increase of 2.8% in October, identical variation to that observed in the previous month. This variation is explained as a consequence of the rise of 2.9% in “National products” and 2.3% in “Imported products”, said INDEC.

On the other hand, the general level of the Wholesale Basic Domestic Price Index (IPIB) showed an increase of 2.9% in the same period. In this case, the variation is explained by the rise of 2.9% in “National products” and 2.3% in “Imported products”.

Likewise, the general level of the Basic Producer Price Index (PPI) registered an increase of 2.8% in the same period, as a consequence of the rise of 2.3% in “Primary Products” and of 3% in “Manufactured products and electrical energy”.
