Investors on the German stock market are keeping their feet still before the eagerly awaited ECB key interest rate decision. At midday, the Dax was almost unchanged at 15,645.17 points, down 0.06 percent. So far this week, the stock market barometer has lost a little more than half a percent.

The MDax of medium-sized company stocks recently fell by 0.39 percent to 26,950.24 points. On the European stage, the Eurozone leading index EuroStoxx 50 rose by a moderate 0.10 percent to 4227.64 points.
The European Central Bank (ECB) will comment in the early afternoon.
